Exchanges & Returns Policy

We will happily offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Simply follow the instructions below. All items must be returned to us in the original packaging.

Your return must include  all original paperwork and receipts so that we are able to identify the return quickly and efficiently. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Girly Gift, 8 The Lanes Shopping Centre, Carlisle, CA3 8NX.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a tracked service as we can not be held responsible for missing returned items.

Personalisation  - Unfortunately, due to the bespoke nature of personalised items, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns of any earrings.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Processing Your Refund

Refunds will be made within 10 days of the cancellation notice. We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account. Delivery costs are only refunded for faulty goods. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Returning Faulty Items

Firstly, we are sorry that you may have received a faulty item. If you believe your item is faulty please send a clear image of the item with an explanation of the fault, plus proof of purchase to info@girlygifts.co.uk. Once we have confirmed the item is faulty a new item will be sent out to you free of charge or we can process a full refund if requested. We will require you to send the faulty item back to us, in this instance we will send you a free of charge returns label. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to a customer damaged or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 6 months after delivery. Any items displaying damage to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
